Tenured Professor of Emergency Medicine at the University of Utah, director of the Wilderness Medicine Fellowship, and Medical Director of the Boeing Starliner & NASA Medical Landing Team. Board certified in emergency medicine (FAWM, DiMM) and an expedition physician who has climbed many of the world's highest mountains. After spending his career treating cold injuries in the field, Dr. McIntosh co-founded FrostByte to build the prevention technology that has been missing from emergency medicine.

Director of the Utah NeuroRobotics Lab, with over $12M in research funding and a track record of translating neurotechnology into FDA Breakthrough Device-designated commercial products. Dr. George leads FrostByte's hardware and systems engineering, bringing that same rigor from academic research to fielded capability.

U.S. Army combat veteran with over 30 years of service — including roles as Army Flight Surgeon and Navy-trained Diving Medical Officer. Former Chief of Hand Surgery at Eisenhower Army Medical Center. His combat and field medic experience directly inform FrostByte's mission and product development priorities.
